Our bodies, feelings, minds, and the whole world around us are sacred and complete.

They’re known as the Four Foundations of Mindfulness in that we can welcome and include everything as supports to discover our peace and freedom.

These retreats journey further into the teachings on shamatha or peaceful abiding meditation, the stages it develops through, and things we work with along the way like releasing painful emotions, learning balance, and how to truly rest.

From this basis we rest in vipashyana or insight meditation, which is how we learn to free our minds and come home to our innate wisdom, compassion, and openness.
